Meet Michael Bononno

MTB ELECTRIC, LLC has been family owned and operated since 2004. The company’s President and CEO Michael Bononno grew up in New Jersey and is a licensed electrical contractor.

He is a member of the Better Business Bureau and actively involved in his community, often volunteering his electrical services for non-profits and local sports teams.

Michael is a customer-focused leader whose quick problem solving skills and diverse workforce deliver high performance projects meeting the highest standards for safety, efficiency, cleanliness and professional service. Projects are bonded to ensure their successful completion and his highly skilled workforce is secured in partnership with Union Locals 102 and 164.

The entire staff is OSHA 30 trained and participate in weekly staff safety talks and monthly OSHA topic reviews to identify potential safety hazards before accidents occur.

Every day Mike personally oversees multiple project teams and all client negotiations. He prides himself in being a creative problem solver and hands on leader who brings clean energy efficiency to counties and school systems in the New York / New Jersey area.
